i using vb.net 2008, qbfc 12. when try payroll summary report, error.

this request not supported in specified qbxml version.

the error happens on following line of code:

    dim payrollsummaryreportqueryrq ipayrollsummaryreportquery     payrollsummaryreportqueryrq = requestmsgset.appendpayrollsummaryreportqueryrq()

i copied code directly osr sdk. have no idea why won't work. osr says request has been available since sdk v3. best can see, should working. why not?
