Setting keys in Azure Key Vault without PowerShell -

how set secrets in azure key vault, without using powershell. using azure key vault securely store out connection strings , other application secrets. able add secrets using powershell scripts, wondering if there way add keys in azure keyvault, preferably using apis. need provide management tool using application admins can add/modify secrets in key vault.

you can add keys , secrets via azure portal without having use powershell.
